Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 3, 2026
This policy explains how VEILVM, operated by an individual developer, handles information you provide or generate while using the Service. We do not sell personal information. We use it as needed to provide, maintain, and protect the Service and to meet legal obligations.
1. Information we process
Accounts and authentication
Your registration and sign-in email, account credentials managed by Supabase Auth, and authentication state. Our website stores session information, language selection, and theme preference in browser localStorage.
Usage and job records
We keep monthly usage records to enforce plan limits and provide the Service. Large-file jobs also create metadata such as a job ID, account association, filename, engine, file size, job status, timestamps, output size, and processing time. A failed job may retain a shortened error message for troubleshooting.
Source code and processing output
Ordinary small requests transmit code in the request body and process it in server memory. The Service does not intentionally write the full source code or output from these requests to application logs or local server files.
The large-file workflow is different: the browser first uploads the source file to Supabase private Storage. The server then reads the file into memory for processing and writes the generated output to private Storage for retrieval through a time-limited download link. Related job metadata is also kept in the database. These source files and outputs are kept for at most 24 hours: once 24 hours have passed since the job was created, a scheduled cleanup task deletes them from Storage automatically (usually within the following hour), after which they can no longer be downloaded. Job metadata (without file contents) remains in the database. You may also request earlier deletion of files and related account data using the contact details below.
Payment information
Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record and processes payments. We do not receive or store full card details such as card numbers. To synchronize subscription access and handle billing events, we may store Paddle order, transaction, or subscription identifiers, statuses, billing periods, and related event records.
2. How we use information
- Create and maintain accounts, verify identity, and provide support;
- Process code, deliver outputs, calculate quotas, and maintain job status;
- Handle subscription payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds through Paddle;
- Send account verification, password recovery, and service-related email;
- Protect the Service, troubleshoot issues, and comply with applicable law.
3. Service providers
We share or entrust information with providers as needed to operate the Service: Supabase (authentication, database, and private file storage), Paddle (checkout, subscriptions, and refunds), EdgeOne (Tencent Cloud, website and service hosting), and Resend (email delivery). Each provider processes relevant data to provide its service and is subject to its own terms and privacy information.
4. Browser storage
We use browser localStorage for sign-in session data, language selection, and the light or dark theme preference. Paddle’s checkout may use cookies or similar technologies needed for its service. Clearing browser storage may require you to sign in again or reselect your preferences.
5. Retention and deletion requests
We retain account and billing records for as long as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. Usage and job metadata support account services and troubleshooting. Source and output objects for large files are kept for 24 hours from job creation and are then deleted automatically by a scheduled cleanup task (usually within the following hour).
To request deletion of your account, personal data, and related source or output files, email support@ldvmp.com from your account email and identify the account and data to delete. We will process requests within a reasonable period, typically no more than 30 days, except for records we are legally required to retain. Account deletion may prevent continued subscription use or retrieval of outputs; billing records will be retained where required by law.
6. Security and third-party pages
We use measures appropriate to the Service to protect information. Private files are accessed through restricted authorization and time-limited links. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Paddle checkout and other third-party services are provided by their respective providers and are governed by their own policies.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy and will post the revised version and date on this page. Please review it periodically to learn about changes in how information is handled.
Privacy contact and deletion requests
Email support@ldvmp.com and include your account email. We will process requests to delete an account and personal data within a reasonable period, typically no more than 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
