Terms of Service

These Terms apply to individuals who access or use VEILVM, including the VEILVM JavaScript obfuscation service, its website, accounts, and related features. The service is operated by an individual developer. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, stop using it.

1. Service and accounts

The Service provides JavaScript obfuscation and Free and Pro plans. Some features require an account. Keep your account information accurate, safeguard your credentials, and take responsibility for activity under your account. Contact support@ldvmp.com promptly if you discover unauthorized use.

2. Plans, subscriptions, and payment

Free includes 20 runs per month, a 30 KB per-file limit, and one concurrent job. Pro costs USD 9 per month and includes 1,000 runs per month, no plan-level per-file size cap, and two concurrent jobs. The absence of a plan-level cap does not guarantee that files of any size can be processed; transfer, resource, and platform limits still apply. The Paddle checkout page shows the applicable price, taxes, and payment details. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record and processes payment and applicable taxes.

Pro renews automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time through the subscription management option provided by Paddle. Cancel before the next renewal to prevent the next charge. Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to violate laws or third-party rights; create, obfuscate, or distribute malware or other harmful code; access the Service, accounts, or related systems without authorization; interfere with the security, integrity, or availability of the Service; or engage in fraud, abuse, resale, or redistribution without permission. You must own or be authorized to submit code for processing.

4. Code and intellectual property

You retain rights to source code you submit and the output generated from it. You authorize the operator to process your submitted code only as needed to provide obfuscation and related services. The website, interface, software, and their marks belong to their respective rights holders. These Terms do not transfer ownership of user code to the operator.

5. Availability and disclaimer

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We work to keep it running but do not guarantee continuous availability, error-free operation, suitability of an output for a particular purpose, or that obfuscation will prevent every form of analysis, copying, or reverse engineering. Review outputs yourself and keep a copy of your original code.

6. Suspension and termination

Where permitted by law, we may suspend or limit access if we reasonably believe an account violates these Terms, threatens Service security, or involves fraud or abuse. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription. You may request account data deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from Service unavailability, use of an output, or inability to use the Service beyond liability that the law requires. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or affects consumer rights that you have under law.

8. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China (Mainland China). The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes through consultation. If consultation fails, either party may submit the dispute to a court with jurisdiction at the operator’s location.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms in response to changes in the Service or applicable law. We will post the updated text and date on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms, subject to any requirements imposed by law.
